Before you book

Do you provide the alcohol?

No. Florida is a dry hire state, so you or your venue supply the alcohol. We bring the bar, the bartenders, the mixers, the ice, the glassware and the garnishes, and we will tell you exactly what to buy for your guest count.

How far ahead should I book?

About a week is comfortable. If your date is sooner than that, ask anyway.

Is set up included?

Set up and breakdown take about an hour and are quoted as part of the booking.

How far do you travel?

South Florida as standard. The Keys and anywhere further are possible when travel is covered in the quote.

How do I hold my date?

A quote request does not hold anything. The date is confirmed once the service agreement is signed and the deposit is paid.

Can you do a large event?

Yes. Tell us the guest count and we staff to it. A bigger number changes how many bartenders come, not whether we can take the night.
