The bar draws nothing. There is no cord to run, no outlet to find and no breaker to check, so it can sit anywhere in the room you want it.
The bar folds for transport and moves on wheels that lock once it is in position, so it does not drift on a finished floor during service.
She arrives with a portable sink and her own clean water for handwashing. Rinsing tools during service needs a tap, so access to water is worth settling when the booking is made rather than on the day.
Florida is a dry hire state. The host or the venue supplies the alcohol and we supply the bar, the staff and the service.
Event general liability is carried per event, and the certificate names your venue as additional insured for the date we are booked. You get the document before load in, not after.
Staffing scales with the guest count instead of capping it, so a larger event does not mean a different vendor.
